The so-called 'dark' elves reported last issue has debarked again after some pointed discussion with some shadow elves.

A new group of wild 'amazons' has arrived on foot, and another band of shadow elves has arrived by ship.
The Jungle Times proudly present a interview with the heroic skink, Buffy, that recently slayed the vampire.
Buffy is a very modest skink, and it was hard to get the story form her.
'I don't think that what I've done was so heroic. I just did what I was told. I just ran forward looking for this chest of treasure. Some weirdo was holding a chest but was standing struggling like the shadow of a stone bridge was holding him. I was not afraid, because I could hear the rest of my mates and our leader and heroes some way behind me. And I didn't see those giant dead wolves that I ran past. I just ran up to the vampire and stabbed him with my old wooden stab-stick. I must have hit him in the heart, 'cause he just fell and turned to dust. Perhaps they won't call my stab-stick names anymore now?
Members of the shadow elves band that lost their leader recently wishes to express their profound thanks to Buffy the vampire slayer.
After hearing tales of the lost Temple of Frog, and unknown of each other, a band of skinks, another band of shadow elves and a group of ratmen decided to find and loot the Temple.
The 3 groups arrived about the same time and soon discovered that the Temple guardian is still there. After the skinks and the rats was driven off by the giant frog, they wanted to vent their anger on the innocent elves. The elves, however, made skilled use of the cover and slipped away into the night.
Local environmentalists are very concerned about the fact that some of the adventuring bands there are running loose in the local jungle are engage in poaching. Another poor couatl has been found slain. The evidence was not conclusive as there were tracks from elves and men as well as signs that some girls had been around. According to rumours there was a distinct smell of rotten flesh at the crime scene.
The misnamed elven band 'The Hunters' is seeking anyone capable of teaching how to use a bow.
The band members has completed course 101 'how to hit', and are now looking for someone to teach the course 102 'how to wound'.
The norse leader, Erik Ormsbane, has kindly promised to deliver another room packed wall to wall with wolves to act as targets during the course. As Erik said: 'the safest place is where those elves toss their puny arrows'.
Anyone interested should apply at 'The Green Leaf' and ask for the halfling cook.
