No new ships has arrived in recent times.
It looks like the boom is over. No new bold adventures have arrived in this part of Lustria the last year. And now those that have been prowling the forbidden jungles claim that there are no more treasures to be found. Evil and greedy natives have stolen what is our community's future and have transported the last treasures from the Square of Gruff to some dark and sinister hiding place.
As a result of this, the last bands of adventures are talking about leaving Lustria for good later this month.

Some of our readers might remember the young norse hero Fiskeskalle.
Now Fiskeskalle has lost his patience with the leader Erik Ormsbane, and he wants to start his own band of brave adventures.
Fiskeskalle says that Erik has proved to be a coward and continues by telling that the last 3 times the band has seen action Erik has lagged behind. Each time Erik was later found hiding in some bushes claiming he just got lost. The smell suggested that there was some other reason to visit the privacy of some handy bushes with nice big and sturdy leaves ends Fiskeskalle his tale.
Fiskeskalle is also disgusted by the fact that the only victory Erik has managed in ages was marred by the fact that Mr. Wulfen true to his self charged some elf and got stabbed twice before he was within reach himself. To add insult to injury, the elves ran away dragging the unconscious Mr. Wulfen after them. The Elven leader Elvis later sold Mr. Wulfen back to Erik for all the money we got AND the elves kept the elven cloak and the elven boots that Mr. Wulfen used. Talk about a bad deal!
The final proof of Eriks inability to be a leader of brave lads was when he panicked during the battle of the Square of Gruff. We had the treasure in our hands and we had fooled the elves into protection us while we made good our escape in return for some minor treasures. Then Erik had to loose his mind and order everyone to run away as the battle was lost. What a leader!
Fiskeskalle ends by saying that every brave Norseman can join his new band - except wolf men!

Elvis and his band of proud elves had a pointed argument with the local skaven population regarding the right to pass Daisy's Bridge. Readers might recall that Daisy's Bridge is located some distance downriver from the pyramid Zgoulq, just near the village Qu'tolk near the swamp.
The argument started when both bands wanted to recover a relic that had been dropped on Daisy's Bridge by a fleeing saurus. The elves got the item in question but then the rats tried to cross the bridge in force while under cover of a hail of sling stones, knives and magic spells. Even thou the elves only had about half their numbers present at Daisy's bridge, the stalwart elves endured and shot down large numbers of foul rat men. When the rest of the elven band finally heard the noise and came to help the battle was all but over. The rats lost their harts and broke and ran tail between legs.
